What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

I am Male, I had done my semen analysis- Viscosity was thick, ph-7.9, Total sperm Concentration- 64 million/ml, % of motility -55, GradeA Prgressive- 30% GradeB Non prog motile-25% Grade C Immotile-45%, Pus Cell-2-3/hpf Epithelial Cell-Few. Normal Morphology-70% Abnormal Mor-30%, Head defects-15% Neck & Midpiece-10%, Tail defect-5%. and my Thyroid was13 so doctor suggested me Maxoza L [twice a day] and Thyroxine 50mcg. Please suggest what else i can do for fast receovery?

Hello welcome to the health care magic

according to your semen report your sperm count and sperm morphology is within limit.

your sperm motility is not normal and immotile sperm concentration is high and so for that you have been prescribed correct drug that will increase your sperm motility.

excessive anxiety and hot shower should be restricted.

smoking should be avoided and you have to adopt Healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and green vegetables more.
