What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

My husband age 30,height 5.6 .weight 70,his motile sperm concentration : 18.8, Total count - 10 million active motility - 40% Sluggish - 40% pus cells - 3-4/ HPF abnormal cells - 10% we r planning for last 5 months but i have not conceived yet. doctor gave him {MEXOZA} and qumed for sperm motility IS this medicine effective and i have also been diagnose with pcod (medicine -metital and mynororm) given by doctor. but my query is do i have to go to the urologist for my husband or this medicine will be effective for him
