What Does The Following Semen Analysis Test Report Suggest?

Hi i have done my semen analysis test and all the details are mention below: 1. Volume-: 2.60 ml 2.percentage motility- 60 million/ml and 60% 3. Agglutination -: positive 4.pus cell-: 3-5/hpf Yesterdat i went to hospital nd doctor provide me medicine . I just want to ask you, the medicine i mentioned below is correct or not and provide me some advice Tab waysolne 20mg 1tab od for 3 month Tab a to z for 3 month Tab fertyl/feblonid 25 mg for 3 month Tab ubi active for 3 month

I understand your concern
Compare your semen analysis with normal urine analysis:
Volume: 1.5-6 ml___________________2.6____normal
Count:20 to 150 million/ml________________60___normal
Agglutination: positive_____________may be due to infection/inflammation
Pus cell: up to 5/hpf___________________3-5____normal

Your count and motility is normal.
But for infection I wold suggest to consul the urologist and undergo semen culture, USG pelvis and urine tests to identify the causes.
If you will get difficulty in becoming the father then you should require treatment.
Antibiotic according to culture report
waysolne should be used for short term period (6-8 week) in tapering dose.
Tablet A-Z, fertyl and Ubi active will help to maintain fertility.
Avoid stress, do regular exercise like walking and yoga,
Take more fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables
