What Does The Following Semen Analysis Test Report Suggest?

Hi Doctor. I have undergone semen analysis test last month- 25/08/16, the results of the tests are as follows. Sperm count: 1 millions Motility: 10% Have contacted Male Urologist and he has suggested me to take Carni-Q XP sachet for 30 days. We are planning to conceive. Please suggest how can I improve my sperm count and also confirm will this medication[Carni-Q XP] useful or not for increasing the sperm count. Any side effects using this sachet?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your sperm count and motility is very low and natural pregnancy is not possible.
I would suggest undergo semen culture, color doppler USG of pelvis to rule out the cause.
Carni-Q XP is helpful but not cause increase in the sperm count and motility
It act as a antioxidant and provide nutrient supplements,
Tablet gonadil F and clomiphene citrate will helpful
Avoid stress, eat healthy diet, green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits
Do regular exercise and avoid fatty/oily food
