What Does The Following Semen Report Mean?

I would like to ask you to explaining the fertility test semen of my husband, because we are confused by some things like agglutination! Is it very high ??? and it is really dangerous, and how can we fix it ??? Hi! this semen analysis report is not normal but it is treatable; please see a specialist doctor of reproductive medicine; below I'm EXPLAINING THE ABNORMAL PARAMETERS THAT YOUR HUSBAND HAS:

1. the volume
2. sperm count

3. motility

4. agglutination more

5. normal morphology

Therefore, he needs some treatment and few more investigations also like hormonal assays and doppler/ultrasound of the testes; regards!
