What Does The Following Semen Test Result Indicate?

Requesting the expert comment on my Semen Test. The result is as follows Physical Apperance: Milky White Transparency - Translucent Self Liquification - Occured in 20 minutes Viscosity - Normal Volume - 2ml Fructose - Positive Ph- 7.5 Sprem Count - Number of Spermatozoa per Ml- 42 Millions Viability - 55% spermatozoa alive at end of 1/2 hour Rapid Linear Progressive - 10 % after 1/2 hr 6% after 1 hr Sluggish Linear Progressive - 30% after 1/2 hr 20% after 1 hr Total Forward - 40 % after 1/2 hr and 26% after 1 hr Non progressive - 5% Non motile - 0% Spermiogram NUmber of Abnormal Spermatozoa - 62% Please suggest me what my semen test says and is there any medicine to be taken. Planning to start my family.
