What Does The Following Sonogram Test Result Mean?

Hi my name Hassana I m 42? I recently had sonogram and my right ovary is 17.8 and left ovary is 3.9cc in volume there s a partially collapsed 20 and 12mm right ovarian follicle/ cyst my uterus is anteverted and heterogeneous measuring 12.8*5.7*6.2cm=240cc up it was 193cc on the most recent sonogram there are several solid myometrial masses 21mm intramural posterior body, 14mm intramural anterior body and 14mm intramural in the fungus and endometriosis is 9mm do I have something to be worried about will I need surgery

Hello,

The right ovary is really enlarged and may be a cyst is causing it to be enlarged. Also, uterus is enlarged and possible myomas are causing it. I think surgery is the only option.
