What Does The Following Sonography Report Indicate?

Hi gm Dr.my mother has suffering form thyroid.and in sonography report in right lobe.04-03mm and .04-02mm size hypoechoic .to anechoic nodules seen with tiny inter calcification.left lobe .06-03mm.shows perfusion on Doppler mode.plz suggest proper guidance.also thyroid test is in normal range.

Hello,

There is suspicious nodules are detected in the thyroid gland. You have to get an ultrasound guided fine needle biopsy to make a diagnosis.
