What Does The Following Sperm Test Result Indicate?

hi am 44 years and 1.78m in hight. please i did a sperm analysis and this the result. Appreance; creamy. PH; 8.0 Consistency Hypo- Viscoid. Sperm count 22.1million/ml. comments A fair sperm concentration observerd. please can you expalin this result to me? Thanks.

urz 8.0 and normal is greater than 7.2 so its normal

2-Sperm count per ejaculate you said its fair so we would just tell you its normal range that is: 33.5-46

3-Total sperm number per ml: 22.1 million /ml and normal is 12-16 million so you are touching almost double the normal.

there are many pother parameters like:

-Semen Volume

-Progressive Motility

-Sperm morphology

-Vitality(%age of living sperms)

These are important to determine the reproducing capacity of a man.

You didn't provide us with these so we can just comment on the values provided and according to them your reproductive system is doing just great.
