What Does The Following Sputum Analysis Report Suggest?

Sputum examination there is gram positive cocci with pus cells .and also inc.wcc count 19.7 with inc.esr 75mm in 1 hour.pt gives antibiotics 1 month back for pneumonia now he develop undue tirdness malaise.and fever with rigors and sweating 2 days history of haemotysis .blood was fresh and bright with few clots what is diagnosis???

please go for chest x ray and sugar testing and tests for sputum for tuberculosis ..and mantoux ...if everything is normal .please get tested for atypical pneuminia also ...please consult your local doctor ..he Will guide you accordingly.
