Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your query, my opinion is as follows. 1. All the enzyme levels are elevated indicating ongoing inflammation or acute hepatitis. 2. Serological evaluation for hepatitis B is necessary. 3. Along with it GGT and ALP is also elevated. Alcohol as a cause, also needs to be evaluated. Hope it helps.
