What Does The Following Test Report Indicate?

Could you please explain - description after a hysteroscopic +D+C removal of mirena. Findings - bulky anteverted uterus no descent - not suitable for vaginal hysterectomy mirena in cervical canal large endometrial polyp taking up all of the endometrail cavity - unable to remove - will require resection both ostia seen GA, prep and drape cervix dilated to 7H saline hysteroscopy preformed mirena removed polyp forceps multiple attempts to remove polyp- small amount of tissue obtained only radial curette preformed check hysteroscopy proformed - polyp still present further management - sugguest resection over hysterecomy in view of BMI

The findings at hysteroscopy are that you are having a endometrial polyp .
Endometrial polyp is cyst like structure but it firm like tip of the nose.
So during the procedure what the doctor did they removed the MIRENA but the polyp is too large to be removed .
So during the attempts they made to remove the polyp only some part of polyp came however the whole polyp could not be removed.
So further plan of treatment which they are advicing is resection of polyp or hysterectomy ( that means removal of uterus).
But beacuse you are overweight , resection is preferred treatment.
