General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi! Good morning and season greetings!

Nothing much to worry about these findings in the urine analysis.
You are suffering from Urinary tract infection with suspected stone in the urinary tract.

Since the details of your problem and urine analysis are not being given. You should get ultrasound done to know the cause of RBC (blood cells) in your urine.
You must take a course of antibiotic which are useful to treat the urine infection like CIPROFLOXACIN and you are also advised to take a lot of oral fluids so as to have a good urine out put.

Wishing you a speedy recovery from your problems.
Take care.
Regards!
