What Does The Following Test Report Indicate?

my aunt has a negative in intracerebral haemorrhage. small cavernoma in the left parietal lobe. Mulitfocal Non specific white matter changes in the deep white matter which could be associated with migraine. no cerebral aneurysms or evidence of vascuilitis. NO hydrocephalus. Mild thickening of the pituitary stalk due to deep infundibular stem. i am just wondering is it a matter of threat or something. this is her current MRI report comment.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
You didnot mentioned why the MRI was done. Whether to diagnose a cause of headache or just rule out intracranial bleeding after head injury. As there is no bleeding inside she is out of danger. She might have a migrane tendency which can be treated medically if present. But the small cavernoma is likely to be asymptomatic. But if it increases its size may cause headache, seizzure, neurological deficit which may need a sugery. But most of the cases it remains asymptomatic. Otherwise rest of the findings are in normal limit.
