What Does The Following Test Report Indicate?
Right ovary is bulky 16 cc with multiple small cystic lessions ,the largest cyst measuring 20x 21x 21mm. Left ovary is bulky 46 cc showing large cystic lesion measuring 39x 37x26 mm Pls tell me how safe or dangerous is it and some further details. I also have a problem of brown discharge

That indicate you are suffering to multiple ovarian cyst both off side, the case of PCOD (poly cystic ovarian disease). Generally seen between age of 17-22. If you need to start treatment.
