What Does The Following Test Report Mean?

Went to the doctor because of shortness of breath found two spots on lungs one plural base 5 millimeter nodule density in the right lower lobe they re slightly increased intensely markings along the Fisher and some minimal thickening along to fishers bacterially particularly on the right side no density and air consolidation is noted no pleural fluid colletions are seen no enlarged hilar or mediastinal adenopath is noted. Some small subcentimeter pertracheal lymph nodes are seen.what is this?

The given report is suggestive of chronic infection like tuberculosis or histoplasmosis, sarcoidosis, and tumor. It needs to be clinically correlated.
