What Does The Following Test Report Signify?

i am 65 years old and have ccopd and emphysema....for the past week been having increased sob and my o2 saturation on pulseox is 93 for a high to a low of 84.....I take metoprolol 75mg bid ....advair diskus 250/50 bid and spriva 80 once daily.....i need help on what to do

copd and emphysema could have worsened. O2 saturation 93 for copd patient is fine but 84 is low. drugs like metoprolol can worsen shortness of breath. cONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN FOR CHANGE OF DRUG IF POSSIBLE
