Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your urine analysis report suggest you have 10-12 pus cells in your urine. So are suffering from urinary tract infection.
You should take a course of antibiotics like norfloxacin or levofloxacin. Your rest all results are relevant with urinary tract infection. Just consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
