What Does The Following Test Reports Indicate?
My uterus measures 4.0 x 3.9 and shows fibroid measuring 1.0 cos with myometrium hetrogen endometrium thickness 8 - 9 mm right ovary measures 4.0 x 2.9 and cyst 2.2 x 2.2 cms do I have worry about along with this I have insulin resistance also please guide me

abnormal early pregnancies in which the ultrasound diagnosis remains unclear at the initial visit need to be checked by urinary and blood pregnancy test.
the cyst could be a follicle cyst, then nothing to worry about.
the fibroid needs a progestatif treatment from 15 to 25 cycle day, in order to stabilize menstruel bleeding.
