Welcome to health care magic.

1.Report suggests right ovary normal and normal vascularity, measurements are normal for the age.
2.Left ovary not visualised - for a post menopausal women with not visualisation of ovary is possible since atrophic condition.
3.The is an anechoic structure in the left adnexa likely cyst with out any internal echoes and increased vascularity.
4.Since its more of simple cyst nature - suggest to monitor.
5.If symptomatic causing mass effect and pelvic discomfort - operative / interventional is the treatment of choice.

Good luck.
