What Does The Following Test Result Indicate?

Uterus is grossly normal in size measuring 7.3 x4.6x5.3cm. The endometrial stripe measures 5mm/ There is a trace of fluid within the endometrium near the fundus, The right ovary measure 3.5z2.5z3.0cm. The left ovary measures 2.0z1.6z2.0cm. No adnexal masses or free fluid identified. Small nabothian bysts are seen in the cervix. Can somebody please can explain me what that mean?

1.Uterus size appears normal and endometrial thickening also appears normal measuring 5 mm, which is normal.
2.Ovaries appears normal in size according to the values given.
3.The adnexa appears normal - which is the uterus held ovaries called adnexa.
4.Small nebothian cyst noted in the cervical region - which seen as normal finding post infection / inflammation.
5.The cysts does not need any active intervention / treatment, the only thing needed is monitor in the follow-up scans.
