Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My haemoglobin is 10.4g/dl (ref 11.5-16.5), ESR 81mm/1st hr. (ref. 0-20), Lymphocytes 44% (ref 20-40), Total RBC 3.84 M/mm3 (ref. 4.5-5.5), HCT (PCV) 32.8% (ref. 37-47).. i have a issue of bloating, indigestion, stomach upset and blisters... please tell me why these results are too high or low, asap.
Only concerning thing in these tests is very high ESR and mildly low hemoglobin. You should get gastroenterologist review for work up of inflammatory bowel disease with GI endoscopies. Also chest X-ray and total white cell counts, peripheral film and LDH should be evaluated.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
