General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Only concerning thing in these tests is very high ESR and mildly low hemoglobin. You should get gastroenterologist review for work up of inflammatory bowel disease with GI endoscopies. Also chest X-ray and total white cell counts, peripheral film and LDH should be evaluated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
