What Does The Following Test Result Mean?

Dear Sir, can you please advise on the below test result as im worried , Apperance -normal voulume – 4 ml PH-8 viscosity – normal sperm count/ml – 34,100,000 ref =15m total sperm count – 0000 ref =39m motility- 60 % ref =40% progressive – 50 % ref =32% Non progressive – 10 % immotile – 40 % normal forms – 25 % ref =4% please advise on the above test its considered as a normal, and for the number of normal forms it can cause a problem thank you,
