What does this report indicates Please tell BOTH KlDNEY SHOWS NO PCS DILATATION RT KID -6.7 X2. 2 CM m m NO OBVIOUS RENAL CAL , CYST OR MASS SEEN ON EITHER SIDE. N0 URETERIC DILATATION SEEN ON EITHER SIDE . LT KID. -7 X 2.2 CM “ SPLEEN IS MILDLY ENLARGED WITH no FOCAL OR DIFFUSE LESION WITHIN RLQ & LLQ REGION SHOWS NO INTEST MASS AT PRESENT. MINIMAL FLUID SEEN IN POD. UR. BLADDER IS NORMALLY DISTENDED WITH ANECHOIC LUMEN KINDLY CORRELATE CLINICALLY

I really appreciate your concern, the given imaging report is normal one and not indicative of any disease still it need to be correlate with the clinical condition, you have not given the reason for what it has been done not said something about the age and gender of patient else something could have been said hope this information helps.
