What Does The Following Test Result Suggest?

I have got periods on june 10 my uterus is normal no focal lesion in myometrium endoMetrium thickNess -6mm rgt nd lft ovary 41*20mm both ovaries are enlarged with multiplefollicles and hyperechoic stroma in rgt ovary 45*38mm sized anechoic cysticlesion seen no evidence of free fluid seen in pelvis and no adnexal mass is seen impression polycystic ovaries rgt ovarian cyst Sir/ Mam plz hlp me I m so scared is tre anypbm did it affects mypregnancy

I really appreciate your concern, over all given report suggestive of nothing wrong as long as pregnancy is concern, still I would say that prime compatibilities is must for conception, and not the given report, more age is also matter of concern, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
