General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your TSH is increased but the T3 and T4 are not. In this case, a diagnosis of hypothyroidism is considered and anti-TPO antibodies are done. If you have symptoms of low thyroid function or high anti-TPO antibodies then the diagnosis of hypothyroidism is likely (low thyroid function).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
