General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Compare your thyroid report with normal thyroid analysis
T3:60 - 200 ng/dl_________________ 113____normal
T4: 4.5 - 12.0 μg/dl_______________ 7.1____normal
TSH: 0.30 - 5.5 μIU/ml _________________6.84______high.
So it could be a subclinical hypothyroidism
I would suggests to go for free T3, free T4 and anti TPO antibody for further management.
Repeat the test every 6-8 months to know the progess and requirement of the treatment.
Hope this may help you
