What Does The Following Trans Vaginal Ultrasound Report Indicate At This Time?

Please help me, my transvaginal ultrasound report is uterus: 7.0x 7.2x 7.4 cm anteverted. Abnormalities noted -myoma 1. Right anterior low intramural myoma nodule 1.2x1.3x0.9cm ; 2. Anterior mid intramural nyoma nodule 1.3x1.1x 0.7 cm ; 3. Right anterior mid intramural myoma wid submucous component 3.6x3.6x3.1 cm (previously 2.8x2.8x2.2cm); 4left posterior upper intramural myoma nodule 1.9x1.6x1.5cm. Endometrium thickness 1.3cm (hyperechoic and thickened). Right ovary 3.9x3.3x2.8cm. Located lateral to the uterus . Follicles within the right ovary is a cystic structure, unilocular,anechoic thin walled measuring 3.0x3.0x2.2cm suggestive of a follicular cyst. Left ovary 2.5x2.3x1.6cm.Lateral to the uterus 2 small follicules. Cervix 3.4x2.9x3.3cm. Nabothian cyst present. Within the cervix are cystic structure,unilocular,anechoic,measuring 0.6x0.5 suggestive of nabothian cyst. No free fluid in the culdesac . I m 48 yrs old, my last mens was aug 21 to sept 8( i was bleeding for 2 weeks) i took traxenamic acid. Then i thought i was for D n C but my lining is still thick so i was given provera for 12 days. I have my mens right now since it was my 12th day after taking provera, it started on cue.

1.The report suggest there are multiple lesions seen in the uterus at different locations mentioned in the report with measurements.
2.The uterus measurement appears bulky due to presence of multiple fibroids.
3.The endometrial thickness appears thickened due to the hyper echoic collection / bleed.
4.The treatment in this case includes operative as conservative is difficult in this case.
5.Follicle are normal, cervical cysts can be due to any infection or inflammation - which does not need any active intervention.
