hi m supriya my tvs report is 21×4mm sized perisac hemorrhage is seen anteriorly at present ,a single intrauterine live foetal pole of age 5wks6 days ,with faint foetal cardiac activity, with mild perisac bleed I am 5wks pregnant wat does it mean

Hi..
Welcome to HCM..
Perisac bleed can be present in some otherwise normal pregnancies also.
It might cause some spotting..
As long as it is minimal you don't have to worry about it..
Do not do any strenuous activity take bed rest as much as possible..
Some times this may affect the placental attachment if it is large..
Don't worry as the feta cardiac activity is good..Keep consulting your doctor for advice..
