What Does The Following Transvaginal Ultrasound Report Suggest?

Good Day! What does this transvaginal ultrasound shows? Can you please explain? I am 21 yrs old by the way. Thankyou! Result: UTERUS: 7.44x4.22x3.58 cm Retroverted Abnormalities noted: the uterus is retroverted with smooth contour and homogeneous echopattern. CERVIX: 3.59x2.88x2.87cm Nabothian cyst ENDOMETRIUM: 0.38cm Triple Line Compatible with : Proliferative Phase of Menstrual Cycle Abnormalities noted: The subendometrial halo is intact. ADNEXAE: RIGHT OVARY: 2.55x2.10x1.92cm Abnormalities noted: There are multiple peripherally located anechoic cysts 12 follicles/scan field LEFT OVARY: 2.75x2.69x1.63cm Abnormalities noted: There are multiple peripherally located anechoic cysts 12 follicles/scan field OTHERS: There are no adnexal masses seen. There is no free fluid in the cul de sac. DIAGNOSIS: NORMAL SIZED ANTEVERTED UTERUS. PROLIFERATIVE PHASE ENDOMETRIUM AND POLYCYSTIC OVARIES.
