Hello

Your report suggests small cyst in right ovary. In majority of the cases,it regresses with time.
You only need follow up ultrasound scan.
It is important to know your clinical details.
If you have symptoms like pain abdomen then broad spectrum antibiotics can be prescribed because internal echoes in right ovarian cyst may indicate infective etiology.
6-7 follicles are normally seen in ovary.

Get well soon.
Take Care
