What Does The Following Ultrasonography Report Suggest?

I have been suffering from acute necrotising oancreatitis from the last four months today i hav done my ultrasonography and the report shows that i have bulky oancreas with heterogeneous echotexture with small echogenic sludge in gall bladder what does it mean whatever i eat or drink the bile is coming out by vomitings what should i do

Hi,

I have gone through the ultrasound report you have mentioned. This report is suggestive of chronic pancreatitis and its changes.

Chronic pancreatitis causes pseudocyst formation. And this needs surgical removal of pseudocyst as well as part of the pancreas. So better to consult GI (gastrointestinal) surgeon and discuss all these.
