What Does The Following Ultrasonography Report Suggest?

I was diagnosed as having an absent gallbladder and pancreas divisum in Oct 14. I am 42 yo F; 5ft 4. On the report it says no intrahepatic or extrahepatic duct dilatation (CBD 5mm proximally tapering through to head of pancreas . Also my spleen size was 15cm at the time of admission. LFTS (GGT 312; ALP 215, Alt 304) - what does all that medical explanation mean?

welcome to hcm ...please see that the pancreas has the congenital abnormality ..and cbd etc is normal without any stone ..but liver enzymes are raised
i assume that you are having symptoms thats why you went for ultrasound
please visit a gastroenterologist surgeon as there may also be need for ERCP MRI to know finer details about the pancreatic pathology effect .
after reports you can come back to hcm i will definitely help you and guide you appropriately
with regards dr varinder joshi
