What Does The Following Ultrasonography Report Suggest?

there is Grade II increased Cortical echogenecity in both Kindneys. right Kindneys Mesures 87x48x40 mms and left mesasures 87x50x30 mms both kindneys are normal in size position normal corticomedullary differentiation is lost no focal solid or cystic mass lession o any calculus is seen,pelvicalyceal systems on both sides are normal

diagnosis is made as per presence of edema or hypertension or protein or blood in urine .
Final diagnosis is by kidney biopsy
