Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest the foetal parameters corresponding to the age of 17 weeks of gestation.
2.Presntation at this point of time is not important aspect as foetus changes the position.
3.placenta grading is normal for age, placenta of 3.4 cm to the internal os - which will gradually move upwards.
4.Suggest a anatomy / anomaly scan between 18 - 22 weeks time for detail organ and structures assessment.
5.As mentioned in the report all the parameters appears normal - suggest baby safe and healthy. Foetal cardiac activity is not given so please look into it.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
