sir, my ultrasonography impression is mild hepatomegaly, ECG premature atrial cotraction, heart rate72bpm,nsr. pulse 108 blood pressure 140/90 mmhg stool, veg cell 5-6/hpf serum cretinine 1.0 mg/dl strach cell 2-3/hpf serum cholesterol 188mg/dl colour brownish trigliceride 208 consistency semi solid HDL 57mg/dl reaction acidic LDL 108 urine ,epithileal cell 5-6/hpf sugar nil pus cell occaisional blood haemoglobin 15.0 gm% wbc 8800 cu,mm,esr o9mmaefh,nutrophil 66esinocyte 08limphocyte 22monocyte 04

* As per my clinical experience, the ultrasound report indicates mild to moderate liver involvement through high cholesterol giving liver swelling.
* The premature atrial contractions may be of concern with electrolyte disturbances as magnesium , potassium problems or others.
* The low dose statin medications will help to control the disordered cholesterol levels.
