Welcome to health care magic.

1.Uterus measurements is little bulky in their size, along with the cervix.
2.Anteverted - is anterior tilt of the uterus in relation to the bladder - which is one of the normal variation of the uterine lie.
3.Both ovaries are with in normal limits in their parameters.
4.Left ovary shows a complex cyst - which needs further evaluation and its extensions to the adjacent structures.
5.Which needs operative treatment if there is no extensions to the pelvis.
6.No free fluid in the POD - suggest no infective / inflammatory features.

Good luck.
