Welcome to health care magic.

1.Uterus is little bulky, but no obvious pathologies noted with in the uterine myometrium.
2.Uterus is retroverted - which is one of the normal variations of the uterus lie in relation to the urinary bladder it is posteriorly flexed ( nothing to worry)
3.ET - endometrial thickness os measuring 6 mm which is well with in normal limits.
4.Nothing mentioned about the ovaries which can also answer for your menstrual problems.
5.Your report is normal grossly - you are facing likely hormonal imbalance.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
