What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Im 35 yrs old. Found out pregnant last dec 20 by home pregnancy test. My first day of lmp was nov 17. I bled heavily last dec 30 with clots. I went to the er and was observed for 24hrs...had transvaginal ultrasound on dec 31 and the result was: The uterus is midline and anteverted, measuring about 6.12 x 4.97 x 5.37cms. At its corpus and 3.83 x 2.45 x 3.25 cms at its cervix. there are no focal lesions noted. The endometrium is prominent measuring .92cm. no adnexal masses are seen. no fluids at the posterior cul de sac. Am i still pregnant?

Hi
From your notes it appears that you had miscarriage when you had heavy bleeding on 30 Dec .
The ultrasound report does not show any pregnancy sac or embryo which should have been seen if you were pregnant.
So you are not pregnant.
Wish you good luck next time.
