What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

good afternoon,, i would like to ask what the trans v means,,its a friend of mine and i dont know what to explain since i dont have i dea..she said ultrasound shows uterus is anteverted of normal size with homogenous parenchymal echotexture. measures 55mm x 37mm x 43 mm,the endometrial stripe (8mm) is not thickened whose appearance is compatible to secretory phase ,what it means pls

I really appreciate your concern, the ultrasonography reports seems alright no obvious abnormality is there, now your main concern "Trans vagina" means ultrasonography Transducer (device which catch the return sound waves) placed in side the vagina, else the conventional method is abdominal sonography for better result of uterus status this is ideal method, hope this information helps, take care.
