What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Please tell me what my report says I am 31.2 week pregnant but scan shows 29.6 weeks.Plasenta. fundo interior my plasenta thikness measuring 5.9 cms breech prestation.AFI -6.7.EFW 1605 +/- 234 grams.cervical lenght 3 cm.FETAL biometry.BPD 7.1cm.HC 26.6cm.AC 37.4cm.FL 5.7cm

Hi,

There is a likely increased placenta thickness and the AFI is mildly decreased. I request you to discuss your report in detail with you gynecologist as there is a need for close monitoring of the baby.
