What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi I m 42& having a baby girl,I had my 20 wk ultrasound last week to find out that my baby has fluid in the back.of her head;(....& her hands are clenched or something I ve had several children & there all fine ....im scares to death will my baby live please?!!

dysmorphic abnormalities of the hand together with the fluid at the back of the head may suggest genetic abnormalities of the baby.. Diagnostic procedures include amniocentesis.. follow up 4D ultrasound is mandatory..
