What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Good evening, i did and ultrasound and this is the result, please interpret. The liver is diffusely hyperechoic but no focal lesion see. right kidney measure 10.7cm and left 11.6cm. The uterus is anteverted, non-gravid and normal contour, echopattern and mesures 8.8*3.0*5.5 cm. the endometrium and left ovary are normal. the right ovary displays features of PCOD. Right ovary volum is 17.4 cc, left ovary voulme is 10.5cc. What does this all mean and i have a son. can i still have more children.

There are cysts on ovaries which are suggestive of polycystic ovarian disease. Other findings are fine and you should not be worried. Such ovarian cysts usually don't cause fertility disorders and you will be able to have kids if you want.
