General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

No. There is none. The mild hepatomegaly is an incidental finding which is present subclinically in many. Do dietary modifications and avoid fatty foods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
