What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi , I have recently given birth to a stillbirth baby due to delay from the hospital, as a result from after birth I have pain from my pelvis. Altrasound shows an enlarged uterus measuring 146ml. There is a heterogeneous echogenicity in myometrium. Endometrium is 13mm with a linear echogenic foci within the endometrium. Does this mean I have cancer?

Hi I think it is not a sign of cancer. These can be a sign of postpartum uterus or some infection like endometritis. Take some antibiotics after consulting your doctor. It will resolve by antibiotic only. You can take some pain killer also. Hope it helps.
