What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi, My mother went for an ultrasound KUB, on 20 July 2017 and her reports says that there is mildly diffusely thickened walled urinary bladder (thickness 6.3 mm). Hyperechoic renal parenchymal with altered corticomedullary differentiation bilaterally. Then she went for another ultrasound KUB, on 23 July 2017. It says that the urinary bladder is well distended with normal wall thickness. And for both kidneys corticomedullary differentiation is well preserved. Now what these two situations means and what is my mother s medical situation now.
