What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Mean?

Hi, I'm Dusanka,
I've scheduled for tomorrow for biopsy.
I just got my results and I'd like to know what does this mean:
1. Anteverted ut with homogeneous myometrium with one small post fundal subserosal fibroid meas 1.84 x 1.61 x 1.13cm
Endo meas 12.2mm - PT ON CD-24
2. RT OV appears normal with a simple follicle/cyst meas 1.5 x 1.35x x1.32cm
LT OV with a simple follicle/cyst meas 2.2 x 1.9x x1.89cm
3. No ADN Mass
4. No FLUID in CDS

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is a mass in the uterus in the posteriorly on the outer counter.
2.Rest of the parameters in your scan appears normal - well with in normal limits.
3.The treatment in this case includes hormonal treatment initially as the measurement are small.
4.If there is no response on the treatment - the next step will be operative.
5.Depending on the age and reproductive status of the female the treatment and intervention depends upon.
