What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Suggest?
Good day doc, the result my ultrasound is this: single live intrauterine pregnancy of about 6 weeks and 3 days age of gestation by crl measurement, wrapped around placenta grade 0, normohydramnios, consider a physiologic csyt, right ovary. Pls explain doc, thank u very much
Your ultrasound is normal for the duration of your pregnancy. To explain it further it just states that your fetus is in the uterus with adequate quantity of amniotic fluid. The age is measured by measuring the CRL which stands for Crown Rump Length ( the length from head to hips ). The physiological cyst is also normal and persists usually through the first trimester of pregnancy.
I hope this answers your query. Please feel free to contact HCM again if you have any concerns. Wishing you and your baby good health.
