i would like to know why did you take an usg?any particular reasons.?.
As for your usg is concerned ,polycystic features indicate PCOD(polycystic ovarian syndrome) of your left ovary..but again it depends on number and the size of the cysts which you didn't mention.
If you are getting your periods on time, then its fine.
But talk to your gynaecologist regarding that polycystic left ovary.
Hope that helps..
