What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Suggest?
my period date is june 29..but this month july 20 and 21 i had spotting..and now four days late..i took pregnancy test..its negative..but i took this test yesterday morning after breakfast..i have severe hip pain..my doctor suggest me to take yvs usg pelvic scan test..and the result is Urinary Bladder - Empty Uterus - Antevereted,5.4*3.1*3.0cms,normal in size and echotexture Endometerial thickness 3.4mm ovaries right - 2.9*2.0cms,normal in size and echotexture,e/0 dominent Folllicle seen measure 17mm left - 2.5*1.5cms,normal in size and echotexture Impression no sonological abnormality detected.. I had the symptoms of giddiness nausea without vomiting fatigue..extra food consumption..from y scan test is it possibility for pregnancy??

Pregnancy is not possible from the scan result.Apart from pregnancy, your symptoms may be caused by a pelvic inflammatory disease/STI or hormonal imbalances.I will suggest you see your Doctor for an infectious/STI work-up.If test reveal nothing, then you just observe till next period to see if any abnormalities.If any, your Doctor may request for a hormonal work-up as it will most likely be the cause since other pelvic conditions have been eliminated by the ultrasound result.
